Certior provides bespoke group benefit solutions for an employer’s workforce, principally in the form of retirement funding and risk cover in the event of an employee’s death or disability, and ensures that the ongoing advice, servicing and administration of the scheme adheres to the highest standards possible.
At Certior, the aim is to reduce complexity. Our role is to guide an employer from start to finish in the setting up and maintenance of a group benefits solution that is accurately aligned with the needs of the workforce. If we can lighten the burden for an employer by providing clear, concise, and cost efficient solutions for the needs of their workforce and ensuring quality levels of ongoing servicing and consulting, then we’ve achieved our mission.
How we do it
We achieve this by remaining independent, linking up with world class service providers who specialise in certain functions of the process and remaining true to the goal of building long term sustainable relationships with our partners/clients.
